He is the managing principal and founder of Evangel Legal, (formerly ELS Lawyers) which was established in 2004. Prior to that he was the founding partner of Evangel Taylor law firm, established in 1994. Bill Evangel has extensive experience in the areas of Criminal Law, Traffic Law and Personal Injury Claims.
